Our manager and estimator, who make up our Customer Service Team, must take part in ongoing industry and personal development training. They’re given the authority to solve issues while always considering the customer's best interest; therefore, every solution must benefit our valued customers.
We’ll schedule a convenient time for the estimate. Once the estimate is complete, we’ll review the repair process and the estimate with you. The parts will be ordered and the vehicle will be scheduled for repair. If a rental car is needed, those arrangements are made too.
To make the repair process as hassle free as possible for you, the estimator will work with the insurance company during every phase of the repair. We’ll consistently keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle's repairs and will be available to you for any questions or concerns.
